• in the case of a claim of purchased goods, please fill out the attached claim protocol,
• please send the completed claim protocol to the e-mail address reklamacie@sez.sk,
• send the printed claim protocol, delivery note and the claimed goods to the address: SEZ DK a.s., M. R. Štefánika 1831/46, 026 01 Dolný Kubín, Slovakia,
• claim is governed by the applicable laws of the Slovak Republic and the General Terms and Conditions of SEZ DK a.s..
